Pilaf

Method

1. Boil Kettle (for Stock)


2. Dice Onions & 3 cloves Garlic

6. Add 400g Tin chopped Tomatoes & 700ml beef Stock & peas


Mix tomatoes into Pilaf

SERVE IMMEDIATELY

Garnish with handful of Parsley

Goto Ingredients

3. Heat Oil in Pan and cook Onions & Garlic until soft

5. Add 1 tsp Cinnamon

¼ tsp All Spice

1 tbsp Oregano

1 tsp Mixed Spice

1 tsp Cumin

250g Paella Rice


MEDIUM HEAT

2-3 minutes

7. Alternatively, Roast 250g Cherry Tomatoes

NOTE: DO NOT USE TIN CHOPPED TOMATOES IF ROASTING CHERRY TOMATOES

Oven 180°

For 20 minutes


MEDIUM HEAT

2-3 minutes

SIMMER

UNCOVERED

LOW HEAT

30 mins. Stir Occasionally

Until liquid reduced

4. Add 500g Mince.

Once brown, drain off excess fat.

Return to pan.
