Method

Preparation: 15 mins

Cooking Time:  1Hr 35 mins

 1. Warm water in kettle for no more than 2 minutes

2. Mix dry ingredients (500g Flour, 7g Yeast, 4 tbsp Seeds and Salt) in food mixer (Speed 2)

 5. Oil a loaf tin and put mixture straight into tin Sprinkle a few seeds on top.  

3. Mix wet ingredients: 300ml Water, 2 tbsp Olive Oil and 1 tbsp Honey into a jug.

 4. Add wet mix to dry ingredients and mix on low speed 2 for 5 minutes, use flat spatula to push flour in from sides.

REPEAT for 2nd LOAF

Ingredients:

 500g Flour

      7g Yeast sachet

  1 tsp  Salt

4 tbsp Seeds

300ml Warm Water

 2 tbsp Olive Oil

1 tbsp Honey


 6. Cover with oiled cling film.


 8. Make several large slashes across the top and spash milk on to give browning effect.


200° (30-35 mins)


2 minutes


One Hour

 7. Allow for yeast to rise the loaf.

 9. Pop into oven for 30-35 minutes


15 minutes

 10. Sprinkle flour on top and rest in baking tins for 15 mins
