Beef Casserole
Method
Cooking time: 13.5 hours
1. Put KETTLE ON
2. Extra Virgin Olive Oil into Wok
3. Add 500g Lean Casserole Steak; Mix until no raw meat
MEDIUM HEAT
(2 mins)
4. Add 400g Casserole Vegetables;
Mix in.
(take off heat while preparing gravy)
MEDIUM HEAT
(1 mins)
5. 2 Spoons Bisto Gravy Mix; add 500ml Boiling Water. Check consistency & thin with cold water, if required.
6. Add Colman’s Season & Shake (Rich Beef Casserole) to Pan and mix on heat & immediately add gravy.
MEDIUM HEAT
(1 minute)
7. Put mixture in slow cooker
LOW HEAT
(12 Hours)
8. Boil water in 3 pots.
MAX HEAT
(5 minutes)
9. Diced carrots & Suede in pan
LOW HEAT
Simmer
(90 minutes)
SERVE
10. Cauliflower & Broccoli in pan
LOW HEAT
Simmer
(90 minutes)
11. Halve potatoes & put in pan
LOW HEAT
Simmer
(15 minutes)
12. ROAST POTATOES: Potatoes into Oven & cover with Extra Virgin Olive Oil
200°
(30 minutes)
or until golden brown
