Fish Pie
Method
Overall time: 45 minutes

1. Pre Heat Oven on 180°C
2. Put 1kg potatoes, peeled and halved, in a saucepan and pour over enough water to cover them. Bring to the boil and then simmer until tender.
3. Cook the frozen fish for around 5 minutes and then cut into chunks.
4.a Empty the contents of the sachet into a saucepan.
Pour a little milk into the pan and mix. Stir in the remaining 300g milk & bring to the boil, stirring continuously.
Then gradually whisk in 300ml milk using a balloon whisk. Bring to the boil, stirring to avoid any lumps and sticking at the bottom of the pan. Cook for 3 – 4 minutes until thickened.
5. Take off heat & stir in cooked fish & sweetcorn & petit pois.
6. Spoon into an ovenproof dish
SERVE
7. Drain potatoes thoroughly and mash with a splash of milk and a knob of butter. Season with ground black pepper & spoon into oven dish.
Sprinkle cheese over the top.
8. Pop in the oven for 20 - 25 mins or until golden and bubbling at the edges.

4.b Put 25g butter, 25g plain flour in a saucepan and heat gently until the butter has melted, stirring regularly. Add chopped Parsley. Cook for 1 -2 mins.
