2. Pan Sear Salmon Fillets (in 2 pans)


GARNISH WITH PARSLEY or BASIL

SERVE AS SOON AS RICE IS COOKED


Goto Ingredients

3. Dice 1 Red Onions

And crush 5 Garlic cloves

4. Add butter to Wok and fry Onions add Garlic

5. Add White Wine, Coconut Cream and Sun Dried Tomatoes

6. Add the Salmon, Cayenne Pepper and season with salt

7. Add Spinach and Lemon. Cover and Simmer on Low Heat while

waiting for  rice to cook
