Pancetta Carbonara
Method
1. Boil Pan of Water add a little SALT
2. When boiling, add Pasta
(75g per person)
SIMMER
low heat
For 10 minutes
6. Put Garlic bread into Oven.
180°

SERVE IMMEDIATELY
3. Dice Onions, Garlic & Mushrooms
4. Heat Oil in Pan and cook Onions & Garlic until soft
MEDIUM HEAT
2-3 minutes
5. Add Mushrooms for last Minute. Then remove mixture.
7. Add 150g Danish Smoked Streaky Bacon cut into strips
Do same for Chicken Cubes in separate pan
MEDIUM HEAT
2-3 minutes
8. Add Onions Mix and Carbonara sauce. Either 1 Morrison’s jar
Or 2 Aldi jars.

2-3 minutes
