Method

Preparation: 10 minutes

Servings:  12 Cup Cakes

Ingredients:

100g butter perfect for Cakes

200g Icing Sugar

Splash Vanilla Essence

50g Flavouring (i.e. Chocolate)

1. Put butter into bowl.

Sift the icing sugar into it.

Mix together & keep mixing until soft and fluffy.

Add splash of vanilla essence.

Optionally

Add 50g of chosen flavouring & mix in.
