Sizzling Mexican Beef

Method

2. Dice 1 large Onion; & 1 Red Pepper. Cut 450g Beef into strips

 

Goto Ingredients

4. Add the Pepper. Cook for 1 min then add Beef

Then drain the fat.


HIGH HEAT


Keep stirring until brown    (5 minutes)

3. Add Extra Virgin Olive Oil to Pan & add in Onions. Cook for 3-4 mins.


5. Drain. Then add 120g Sweetcorn & heat through. Sprinkle in the Seasoning sachet & 100ml Water.


HIGH HEAT


 (3-4 minutes)


MEDIUM HEAT


(3-4  minutes)

SERVE with Rice & Corn
