Method
2. Dice 1 large Red Onion; 1 Red Pepper & 1 Yellow Pepper & cut 400g Chicken into strips
3. Add ingredients into bag then add Mexican Chicken seasoning sachet.
4. Close bag and massage the seasoning into the chicken. Place the bag on its side in a large oven proof dish allowing plenty of room for the bag to expand.
180°C for 45-50 mins
Then allow to rest for 3 minutes
SERVE with Rice and Corn
