Tuna Teryaki Steaks
Method
1. PreHeat Oven to 200°C
Note: Can cook Tuna from Frozen same recipe for Swordfish
3. Arrange vegetables beside tuna.
3-4 Small New Potoatoes optional
½ Onion per Steak
4-5 Cherry Tomatoes per Steak
100g Pineapple Chunks per Steak
Add Pineapple chunks on top.
SERVE
with noodles
2. Center one 500g Tuna Steak on each sheet of Non-Stick Foil with non-stick (dull) side toward food.
Combine 2 tbsp Teriyaki Sauce
1 tsp Sesame Oil
1 tbsp Sweet Chilli Sauce
1 tbsp Honey
1 finely grated ginger or Ginger Paste
4. Bring up foil sides. Double fold top and ends to seal packet, leaving room for heat circulation inside. Repeat to make two packets.
Pre-Heat
Oven to 200°C
5. Put in Oven for 30 minutes
If baking potatoes too, keep in Oven for 50 minutes
6. Cook Egg Noodles as per pack ( if not using new potatoes)
