Rhubarb or Fruit Crumble

Method

Servings:  7 (21p/Serving)

Preparation: 10 minutes

Cooking:  40 Minutes

Ingredients:

Tin Princes Rhubarb in Syrup (540g)

Or 350g Four Season fruit Mix

110g Butter

110g Demerara Sugar

200g Plain Flour

1. Preheat Oven to 160C Fan.

2. Add tin Princes Rhubarb in Syrup (540g) into Ovenproof Dish or ramekins.

 Or  4 Seasons Fruit Mix (350g)

3. Rub Butter(110g), Demerara Sugar(110g) & Plain Flour(200g) in a bowl.

4. Sprinkle crumble mix  over Rhubarb.


160C Fan

(40-45 minutes)

5. Put Mixture into Oven.


SERVE
