Keep stirring Slices Softened (2-3 minutes)

8. Add the chicken pieces & stir fry for 1-2 minutes, then add 3 Sachets of the sauce of choice.

Fry Chicken.

Remove with a slotted spoon & drain on absorbent kitchen paper.

Diced Onions & Garlic.

Stir Fry for a minute.

Add the Peppers etc.

Stir Fry for 1-2mins,  or until softened.

1. Overnight: Defrost chicken

Garlic(3) Peppers(2) or alternatives:

Carrots, Mushrooms, Green Beans etc.

5. Cut 350g Chicken into Strips/Cubes
