6. Stir in ¼ Cup of Basil and 4 tbsps Balsamic Vinegar & Chicken.
Reduce heat to low and simmer until chicken is cooked through,
about 3 more minutes.

2. Egg into bowl, add Cornflour & a pinch of salt & whisk well to combine.
Add the Sliced Chicken & coat well in Mix.
1. Cut into Strips: Chicken, Onion, Peppers & Chop Garlic
4. Heat a wok until smoking and add 2 Tbsp Olive Oil. Fry chicken for 4-5 minutes, or until golden-brown
& crisp. Remove with a slotted spoon & drain on absorbent kitchen paper.
MEDIUM/HIGH HEAT
(5 minutes)
5. Add 2 Tbsp Olive Oil. cook peppers & Onions, stirring often until just softened. Add garlic and stir for about 1 minute.
MEDIUM

SIMMER on LOW Heat

3. Boil Rice (See Separate Web Page)
60g Rice / 1 ¾ Cup Water per person. Bring Water to Boil, add rice.
Simmer for 15 minutes.
Bring to Boil, cover, then SIMMER
LOWEST HEAT,
(15mins MAX!)
Then cover with towel & stand.
