Seafood Paella

Method

1. Boil Kettle (for Stock)

2. Dice Onions & Garlic

5. Add 400g Tin chopped Tomatoes & 900ml chicken Stock & peas


Squeeze ½ Lemon over Paella

SERVE IMMEDIATELY

Garnish with handful of Parsley

Goto Ingredients

3. Heat Oil in Pan and cook Onions & Garlic until soft

4. Stir in 1 tsp Hot Smoked Paprika & 1 tsp Thyme & 250g Paella Rice, 1 tsp Tumeric

then add

3 tbsp Sherry


MEDIUM HEAT

2-3 minutes

6. Stir in 325g Frozen Large Prawns

COVER

SIMMER

LOW HEAT

5 minutes or until Prawns cooked


MEDIUM HEAT

2-3 minutes

SIMMER

UNCOVERED

LOW HEAT

15 minutes
