Rice Pudding
Method
Preparation: 10 minutes
Cooking: 120 Minutes
Servings: 6
Ingredients:
400ml Evapourated Milk
800ml Milk
140g Pudding Rice
70g Caster Sugar
Knob of Butter
Sprinkle of Nutmeg
1. Preheat Oven to 140C Fan.

2. Butter a large ovenproof dish.
3. Bring 800ml Milk to a simmer in a saucepan. Stir in 400ml Evapourated Milk, 140g Rice and 70g Caster Sugar.
4. Pour the milk and rice mixture into the ovenproof dish. Top with the knob of butter and sprinkle with nutmeg to taste.
140C Fan
(90 - 120 minutes)
5. Put Mixture into Oven.. Bake in the preheated oven for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
Stir the pudding halfway through. baking.
