Pancakes
Method

Ingredients:
200g plain flour
350ml milk
2 eggs
1 tbsp vegetable oil
pinch salt
½ tbsp Butter
1. Put the 200g plain flour into a large bowl, pour in 350ml milk, 2 eggs & ½ tbsp butter & a pinch of salt. Whisk until smooth batter
2. Put some oil in frying pan and wipe with kitchen roll. Heat the pan over medium heat until pan is very hot! (for about 1 minute)
3. Put Some mix into pan and cook for 1 minute. Then flip & cook for another 1 minute.
4. To freeze: Alternate layers of Baking parchment and Pancake. Freeze for an hour or so, then transfer them, still with parchment, into a large freezer bag.
5. To reheat: Pop into microwave for 1 minute for one pancake.
