Chocolate Sauce

Method

Preparation:  2 minutes

Cooking:  20 Minutes


Ingredients:

360g  Granulated Sugar

1.5 tblsp Plain Flour

60g Unsweetened Cocoa powder

300ml Cups Milk

2 tblsp Butter

1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract

1 tiny pinch Salt

1. Place sugar, flour, and cocoa powder into a bowl & mix.

Hand whisk together to remove lumps.

2. Heat milk, butter, and vanilla extract in a saucepan over medium heat until butter melts.

3. Whisk dry ingredients into the milk mixture a little at a time. Increase heat to medium-high until mixture comes to a simmer. Cook, stirring constantly, for 6 minutes. Turn off heat.

Whisk in a pinch of salt.
