Ingredients
1 tbl spoon Sunflower Oil
400g Kidney beans
1 Onion, 1 Red Pepper, 2 Cloves of Garlic
5 mini chillis,
1 Heaped tsp Hot Chilli Powder,
1 tsp Paprika,
1 tsp Ground Cumin
2 Glasses 150ml of Red Wine,
½ tsp dried Marjoram,
1 tsp Sugar or piece chocolate,
2 tbsp Tomato Purée
Plain Boiled Long Grain Rice
400g Chopped Tomatoes
500g Lean Minced Beef
Sour Cream
