With Peshwari Naan
1. Preparation: Dice Onion, Pepper or alternatives:
Carrots, Mushrooms, Green Beans
6. Add Chicken into main WOK and add Butter Chicken Paste and 2-3 Spoons of Peanut Butter.

HIGH HEAT
(2-3 minutes)
SIMMER for 20mins
4. Whilst Onions cooking, cut Chicken into small cubes & cook for 5 mins in separate pan.
MEDIUM HEAT
(4-5 minutes)
3. Heat WOK until smoking. Cook Onions, Peppers & Spinach.
5. Boil Tumeric Rice

60-70g Rice, 1 ¾ Cup Water
Bring Water to Boil, add rice
Add Tumeric to yellow rice
Bring to Boil, cover, then SIMMER
LOW HEAT,
(20mins for 2 portions)
MEDIUM HEAT
(4-5 minutes)
2. Rice: Put a pot of water on and boil the water ready for adding rice. 1 ¾ Cup per portion of rice.
